Founder & CEO
Tricia Fitch
Tricia has worked in accounting, project cost control, financial management, and business operations since 2009. Her career has included large-scale capital and operating environments where she has managed multibillion-dollar budgets and supported complex projects requiring close coordination between financial performance and operational execution. She has also helped build, restructure, and strengthen organizations, giving her experience not only in managing established operations but in creating the structure needed for companies to move forward with greater clarity and control.
Her approach to leadership is grounded in stewardship and servant leadership. Tricia believes leadership carries a responsibility to manage resources wisely, honor commitments, develop people, and make decisions with the long-term health of the organization in mind. At GD&T Manufacturing, those principles shape the standard she expects in relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and the community.
As Founder & CEO, Tricia leads the business and commercial direction of GD&T Manufacturing. She brings the perspective of someone accustomed to making decisions where cost, risk, capacity, and execution must work together, applying that experience to how the company evaluates opportunities, prices work, invests in capability, and builds for the future.
Tricia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Tarleton State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Tarleton State University. Her education complements the experience she has built since 2009 and the responsibility she now carries in developing GD&T Manufacturing.
